The bigger picture

There is a shift in the current climate. Momentum is building with members of the British Medical Association (BMA) recently passing a composite motion calling for a change to rotational training (1), and a similar resolution was passed at the Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) EGM (2).
These are examples of what can happen through collaborative action and will hopefully serve to find long-term solutions.
